Nice three piece bookmatched set of wide, mostly clear, walnut. Piece 2 is 100% defect free, piece 3 has a small knot on the back face (which can be seen on the front face of piece 4), and piece 4 has one knot on the front face, and a small amount of pith on the back face around the crotch figure. Here is a great opportunity for an eye catching counter or table top. The figure and unique grain could make a really beautiful centerpiece, and there is enough matching wood here to also make some legs and other components. Set # 210402 comes from the same log as this three piece set, however that half of the log has some large knots which makes it a character set. It is available however if extra matching wood is needed to go along with this set.
