Special Notes: |
We do not saw Beech very often here at the mill, so we were pleased when we ran across this, our first curly specimen!! The flatsawn has a neat wavey grain, and the rift and quartersawn have very nice uniform figure.There is quite a bit of darker heart in this set with very interesting colors.A few width reductions were granted due to center defects from the middle of the log, but the only knot is in piece 04b, the rest of the set is clear! |
