Special Notes:

This cherry has high gum content, which appears in long streaks. The gum adds interesting character to the set, and could be highlighted in a project. Along with the gum this set has a high sap content. We chose to put a 1" width reduction on everypiece instead of square edging the entire set to remove the sap, allowing for more creativity in the use of the wood. Also there are a few knots and cracks which put this set into a "rustic" category.This set has a lot of very nice quartersawn grain.This set can be broken up on request. The 84" pieces have more gum streaks and less defects than the longer pieces
